IE - Finance/HR Co-Ordinator
Your Role:
We are seeking a Finance/HR co-ordinator to join our growing, dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by managing daily activities, coordinating maintenance tasks, and supporting health and safety compliance. Your role will include the following:
Finance
- Process and manage daily supplier invoices
- Upload supplier invoices to the CAFM system for tracking (weekly)
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage the accounts payable/receivable inbox
- Perform regular creditors reconciliation (monthly)
- Ensure receipt of fixed billing invoices and review for accuracy (monthly)
- Generate and issue monthly and/or weekly client invoices
- Reconcile company credit card statements (monthly)
- Allocate and categorize fuel & toll invoices by site on a monthly basis
- Prepare and process vendor pay runs (monthly)
- Audit support
Human Resources
- Manage all tasks associated with the employee life cycle
- Draft and prepare employee contracts and associated documents
- Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new hires including the organisation of the induction program.
- Oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS); maintain and update personnel records. Provide employee training on HRIS
- Post job advertisements and assist with recruitment processes
- Run monthly reports for example probation reports, time & attendance reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Support employee relations
- Support and lead HR projects and initiatives
- Compile and generate reports as requested by management
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the team
Requirements:
- Previous accounts experience
- Previous HR administration experience
- HR qualification (ideal)
