Young, dynamic and interested in working at a sport federation?
The FEI is looking for a student who is looking to have a part-time job opportunity alongside their studies with a 50% rate of activity for a duration of 6 months. Daily working hours are preferred; however, this remains flexible and can be organised and aligned together with the student’s schedule.
The position is based in Lausanne and the starting date is to be agreed upon, but available immediately.
Online Platforms Administrator
Purpose of the Role
The FEI Technology and Sport Services (TSS) Department provides online tools for National Federations, Event Organisers, Athletes and other Stakeholders in regards to the management of equestrian sport at international level.
As part of the TSS Support Team, you will provide general administrative support to all stakeholders in the use of different FEI online platforms and tools; more specifically in relation to horse identification documents.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative support
- Provide general support to Stakeholders in regards to FEI Passports & Documents
- Ensure data quality in the FEI Database
- Provide general administrative support to the TSS Department
Position Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Mother tongue or Fluent in English (level C2), spoken French is a plus
- Rigorous, meticulous with attention to detail
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team, under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience and knowledge of sport; equestrian sport is a plus
